I specialize in working with children, adults, couples, and families. My therapy orientation includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness and systemic thinking to help clients achieve their greatest potential.
I understand that I see individuals and families at their most vulnerable and work collaboratively to help them achieve their goals. I want all of my clients to know I am honored to be their safe space and work tirelessly at helping my clients feel comfortable and supported. I prioritize the therapeutic relationship and empower clients to believe in their insight and have a more positive self-image. My goal is for all of my clients to know they are not alone in their struggle and to give them the necessary tools to have the life they want.
I work with individual adults, teens, and children who are motivated to come to therapy to change an aspect of their life or learn more tools to make life more manageable and enjoyable. I specialize in working with anxiety and use cognitive behavioral therapy with a systemic lens to help alleviate undue stress in individuals and families.
I work with couples throughout different stages of their relationship. My goal is to help couples better communicate and strengthen their relationship so that both partner's needs are being met. I specialize in working with couples in their transition to parenthood, feeling more in charge as a parent, and helping the couple feel like a team when it comes to raising their children or adolescents. I help couples work on communication and intimacy to create a healthy and loving relationship.
I work with families throughout the life stages. My focus is helping families realize all of their inherent strengths and help examine family patterns they would like to change or strengthen.
